The purpose of the Statement of Intent (SOI) is to document the Member's formal request to establish alignment to an E&I contract, and to ensure successful alignment after submission. This SOI, if completed, will initiate the establishment of a scope of work or member specific agreement with US Tech Solutions, using the E&I master agreement as the base agreement. This will supersede any previous Member declarations for the purchase of products and/or services from US Tech Solutions, unless otherwise specified, and will remain in effect during the term of the agreement between E&I and US Tech Solutions, including any renewals and extensions, unless the Member chooses to discontinue their alignment. Once submitted and alignment is complete, all Member purchases with US Tech Solutions will be credited to E&I and the Member.

Once the SOI is submitted, US Tech Solutions will contact the Member within 2-3 business days to gather the information required to finalize a Member Specific Agreement. Once both parties sign the necessary paperwork, US Tech Solutions will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
